Download the RentBeta app, Create an account and then click on “To Rental Schedule” to create your own rent schedule

Once the schedule is created, you can now start paying your rent at your convenience, whether daily, weekly, its your choice

Landlord receives a Lumpsum

Once your total rent amount is collected, it’s securely sent to your landlord in lumpsum using either mobile money or bank transfer.

Yes you can. You can download the RentBeta app, create your own rent schedule and start making payments from the go. Our intention is to bridge the relationship between landlords and tenants. If your Landlord has not signed up yet, you will be taking up all the transaction fees as the tenant, but if your landlord is signed up with us all your transactions will be for free. You can even decide to introduce us to your landlord and you will get rewarded for it. Reach out to us for details.

Yes you can. We have options to pay with Visa Cards, Mobile Money and bank deposits. We are working on adding more exciting payment options in the future.

Using RentBeta is free for tenants as long as your landlord is signed up with us. You are only charged transaction fees of 3% if you want to use RentBeta even if your landlord is not our client.
